About me

I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, working in private practice in Walthamstow, Archway and online. I also work at icap, (the Irish 'Immigrant Counselling and Psychotherapy' service), a specialist service working with transgenerational trauma, including experiences of childhood trauma and survivors of institutional abuse.

I trained for over 8 years, including two foundations and an advanced and rigorous full clinical training. All my work is fully supervised and insured and I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), whose ethical framework guides my practice.

Prior to this, I had a 25 year career in digital transformation and innovation, as a senior leader in complex organisations. I now offer consultancy, mentoring and leadership development to leaders and organisations in this area, alongside but separately to, my psychotherapy practice.​​
