About me

Having completed an advanced, indepth and rigorous training, I am now in the process of qualifying as a psychoanalytic therapist and work in private practice in Walthamstow, Archway and online and at icap, (the Irish 'Immigrant Counselling and Psychotherapy' service). All my work is fully supervised and insured and I am a registered trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), whose ethical framework guides my practice.

Prior to this, I had a 25 year career in digital transformation and innovation, as a senior leader in complex organisations. I now offer consultancy, mentoring and leadership development to leaders and organisations in this area, alongside but separately to, my psychotherapy practice.​​
