About me

I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, working in private practice in Walthamstow, Archway and online. I also work at icap, (the Irish 'Immigrant Counselling and Psychotherapy' service), a specialist service working with transgenerational trauma, including experiences of childhood trauma and survivors of institutional abuse.

I trained for 8 years, including two foundations (BPF and AGIP) and an advanced and rigorous clinical training at AGIP. All my work is fully supervised and I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I have also had my own substantial therapy, which has been important in both my life and my training.

Prior to training, I had a 25 year career in digital transformation and innovation, and was a senior leader in complex organisations. I now offer consultancy, mentoring and leadership development to leaders and organisations in this area, alongside but separately to, my psychotherapy practice.​​
